This pillow filling line adopts Siemens motor, PLC controlling system and electronic weighting equipment, so the quantitative error can be controlled within 10g per pillow.
Fiber feeder can store 250kg raw material per time. Only one person is needed to operate the whole line. Therefore, it can reduce labor cost, and also improve production efficiency. Vacuum filling machine can make the products smoother and more plump, it is suitable for standardized production of pillows, also can fill irregular-shaped pillows.
The machine can connect with two vacuum filling machines at same time. Customer can also choose different vacuum filling machine, as above picture.
